In 1988, a fabulous international water lily collection was established at the San Angelo civic league park by Kenneth Landon. The collection includes the dark purple flowered Zanzibar lily (no longer existing on the island of Zanzibar), the rare Blue Lotus of the Nile, and the massive night blooming Victorias from the Amazon, whose pads can reach 8’ in diameter.

Park entrance is located at the corner of N. Park and W. Harris.

Primary viewing times are from May to October.
