Clues

This Letterbox is located at Cleft Rock in Manomet. Take Route 3 South (exit 4)to Route 3A to the Pine hills. Cleft Rock is at the top of the Pine hills after the Marina on the left (aross from the Cell Tower). Here is a little bit about Cleft Rock. It is 280 feet above sea level. It's Latitude is 41.94 and it Longitude is -70.58.

As you turn into the parking lot notice the picnic table in the center of the strip of grass. Start at that picnic table. Walk in the direction of 100 degrees on your compass. You should end up at a large rock you can walk through. Climb atop of the rock (in the fall/winter you should be able to see the ocean). While on the rock find 130 degrees on your compass and you will see a Y shaped pine tree (take the path to the right of it, the left has lots of thorns). Turn to your left when you are in front of the tree. Now solve 6 * 4 + 4 / 14 = ? your answer is the rock that your prize is hidden under (the first rock you see is number 1). Have fun and enjoy the view.

Also if you are looking for a little treat or something for lunch you can exit Cleft Rock by turning left onto Route 3A and follow it for approximetly 1 mile and Gellar's ice cream will be on your left. Hope you liked our letterbox :)

*WILL NEED A COMPASS FOR TWO PARTS. MAKE SURE WHEN YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE DEGREES THAT THE ARROW ON THE COMPASS IS ALWAYS POINTING TO THE NORTH.
