February 2007 UPDATE - Box is missing, will be replanted as soon as I get the image recarved.
This box is planted in T yler S tate P ark
S chofield F ord B ridge entrnace off of S wamp Road-just up the hill past B ucks C ounty Community C ollege.
Terrain is pretty easy, there is a hill from the parking lot down to the path with wodden log steps. Bring your own ink, Brown would work best I think. A flashlight might help you too.
Schofield Ford Covered Bridge - Park in Covered Bridge lot, head down trail to the bridge. Go up to the bridge. As soon as you step into the bridge, stop and go to the left side. The brace supports criss cross is X's leaving diamond shaped openings between. Look into the very first diamond on the left, far into the side of the bridge, down on the bottom shelf, behind a board. A flashlight might be helpful!
As always, please be discreet. Take the box out of the bridge and sit on the wall to stamp in. There is horse back riding and a (human) hostel in this park so the bridge gets steady traffic. Wait for your opportunity before hunting. And drop me a line and let me know how you made out at: hikers_n_hounds@yahoo.com
