These are older, seldom visited letterboxes. The series is active: the clues are placed in the LbNA Basement on purpose. Please keep them secret. This little addition to the mystery is similar to the custom in my native England of making clues themselves a challenge. Since my assignment as a visiting professor at Dartmouth is coming to an end, I'm unable to maintain the boxes any more. Please enjoy them, and feel free to give them any TLC they may need.

This trail is extremely arduous. If you lack experience, please do not hunt these letterboxes. Take special care at the cascades to avoid tragic results. As with my other letterboxes, this is an all-day adventure for fit hikers only.

Follow the trail steeply, steeply uphill to find a spur on your right (watch for it) to the aptly named shelter. From the trail junction take a few paces into the rocky woods on your left to find the letterbox under a flat rock.

And continue if you can to summit. From "A Task, Pee" towards "Shakeup, To" head SW. Pass the last cairn on the NW side of the trail and take 50 paces down the trail (left-right-left being 3 paces) into shrubs. This letterbox is waist high on the SSE side, reach in from the trailside to find it.
