Make your way to Forrest Park Nature Center. When there you can pick up a trail map at the Nature Center front door or print your own here.

Behind the nature center is a trail. Take this and follow the Valley Trail to the left. You will find another trail marked for the wild ones. Take this and check out the two listening points. You might even find deer, wild turkeys, squirrels or other wild animals. When you travel over the
"get across" you will be traveling over the letterbox's original spot planted by Mattern Clan back in November of 2006! For the new box adopted and planted by shorty, continue after the "get across" 17 paces. On your left is a holy tree, with a rock on the backside. Check under the rock.

*Box was adopted by Shorty, and stamp was taken from the original imprint I had gotten when I found the original, but added a little more to it. Please replace rock and leaves over box when finished.
