They say you need to "Walk A Mile" in someone else's shoes... Well, this letterbox series may not help you understand Pixel, but it will let you experience the scenic version of his daily commute! This series takes you from downtown Guelph to downtown Georgetown. The drive is about 40 minutes non-stop, but where's the fun in that?! Each clue is a short distance from a parking location.

LETTERBOX #1: HOME SWEET HOME

Just north of Guelph's downtown core is a large park that EXHIBITs a rectangular shape. At the north end of the park are three structures that are also renowned for their shape: diamonds. The largest and most northern of the three is bounded to the south by a wooden fence. Follow the fence West (left, as you face north) along a path that takes you behind some trees and shrubs. At this point, you might want to sing "I'll Take You Home Again, KATHLEEN", just for fun. Stop when the fence turns to metal. Just ahead the path heads between two evergreens. The one on the left has a small tree near its base. The tree is running parallel to the ground, and its stump contains the letterbox.
