This box was recently found, in June, 2018. However, it was not found in the location listed below. Rather, it was found in the campground itself. To be returned to it's original hiding spot some time in the future.....Kittlekatz, 7/16/2018

Clues for the Putnam Pond Letterbox:

To the water's edge, Putnam Pond before you lies.
Sun sparkles on the water, and canoes can be seen in the distance, silently gliding by.
Walk southeast to the dam that creates the lake.
Trip, Trap, Trot across the bridge, along the water's edge you go.
A birch to your right, a triple plus two to your left.
A benchmark shines atop a rocky outcrop.
A loon you may hear, or if lucky, see.
A path to where water venturers launch their craft.
Not too far down the path.
A dead birch left, a boulder, too.
At it's base, a box for you!
