I believe there was a Sammy letterbox previously but it seems to have been retired or gone missing. However, Sammy is happy to report that he is back at home, behind the hedges.
Sammy is so excited to be back, he's hooting a little crazily, but he's trying to tell you where he is-
OHOHOOHO - OHOOHOOH - OHOOOOHH - OHOOOHOH - OHOOOHOH - OHOOHHHO - OHOHOHOO - OHOHOOHO - OHOOOOOH - OHOOHHHO - OHOOOOHH - OHOOOHOH - OHOOHO !!!!
Entering here, you will find a fenced field on your immediate left. This is a field that the biologists have left to grow wild; they are studying it to see what will grow there if left untouched. Find a place to park nearby. Walk along the southern border of the fenced-in area, you should be headed east. At the end of the fence, turn left (north). You will immediately pass a gate in the chain link fence. Go to the third metal fence post north of the gated area. Letterbox is at base of post, behind vines. Please re-hide well!
Parking in this area may be a bit of a problem. Box is basically a drive-by, so if you can just find a spot to park briefly....
