Level of Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 15 – 20 minutes round-trip

Directions:

Over the Canal was planted at the Boonville Town Park in Boonville, NY. Take Route 12 to Boonville. Turn onto Feeder St. and then a right into the parking lot.

**This is a micro-box and you will need you own ink pad and a pen.

Clues:

Take the trail the runs along the side of the canal. There is a gate to prevent ATV access. The pedestrian entrance is just left to the gate. You will pass a brown building with a tan roof off the trail on the left hand side. You will then pass some large logs on the left side of the trail. You will then come to about a dozen large rocks in a row along the left side of the trail. From the 5th large rock, go 6 paces into the woods to a fallen tree. Behind a large branch sticking out from underneath the fallen tree is Over the Canal. This stamp will tell you how to cross the canal. It is real neat and we recommend checking it out!

Have fun crossing!
