“9 Lives Traveling Series” -- Happy Cat
The “Happy Cat” letterbox is located in Andover, Mass (Essex County)
· Traveling on Rt 93 take exit 45 River Road
· Turn off the ramp heading Southwest onto River Rd
· Continue on River Rd until you come to Brundrett Ave. Turn right onto Brundrett Ave. It is marked as No Through Fare.
· Follow the road around the curves, past the last house to where the road ends and the road is blocked from traffic.
· Park your car
· Look around and you will see a stone wall with a fire hydrant in front of it
· Stand with your back close to the fire hydrant with the road on your left and the stonewall on your right.
· Walk roughly 5 paces ahead and look over to the stonewall.
· You should now be able to spot a chuck of red brick
· Look directly above the brick and move a couple of stone around and you should see what you are looking for.
· It is behind these stones.
· Congratulations! You have now found our “Happy Cat” letterbox. ENJOY
· Please close the letterbox securely and replace the stones so the box is completely hidden. If the chuck of brick has been displaced, please put it back to its original spot since that is a key clue in these directions.
· Note: You will need to bring your own stamp pad and pen
