Harris Forest Preserve, located on Rt. 71 just west of Rt. 47-next to the Kendall County Fair Grounds (which will be going on Aug. 3-6 and might not be the best time to visit!). Harris is a very nice little preserve with a great sledding hill, trail for hiking and horseback riding, but not biking. There is a fishing lake with a great natural planting around it that attracts wonderful birds, butterflies and other wildlife. I hope you will take the chance to enjoy the park while you are there!

The day we planted these boxes in Harris, the butterflies were spectacular!

Contact me if you are interested in the rest of the clue. It would be a good idea to allow several days for a response.

Bring your own ink: green
Bug spray and gloves are highly recommended. We didn't see any poison anything when we were there, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be on the look out!
