This one takes in two fountains, one old school, one modern. Go to Liberty Memorial at W. Pershing Rd. and Main St. There is parking on the south side of the memorial by going south on Main St. from Pershing and taking the first right you come to.

Walk around the outside of the memorial to the north side. There are two fountains flanking the steps down to the parkland on the north side of the memorial. The memorial opened in 1926 and the fountains were placed in the 30's and were completly renovated early this century.

Standing at the top of the stairs, you can see the Henry Wollman Bloch Memorial Fountain in the middle of Pershing Rd. in front of Union Station. This modern, computer choreographed fountain has a five-minute show every half-hour.

To find the letterbox, again stand at the top of the stairs in between the two fountain at Liberty Memorial. Look to your right about 45 degrees, you will see two large trees in a row. Behind the farther tree, there is a hollow space under a root, the box is in there with a rock covering. As usual, please be careful and rehide well.
