Placed today at 4pm by J&G and "Maxwell Smart"
Stamp: Hand carved simple span bridge
Start by going to Highland,NY
At the light before the turn to the old bridge there is a road that goes to the 'River Walk'[Fantastic in itself ]. Follow this road to the end where it stops at a little park right next to the bridge. Park here and walk over to the bridge and notice the staircase that leads under the bridge. Follow the stone staircase to the bottom of the bridge and you will see a sign that reads "Franny Reese State Park" (Google this for a map!) Follow the trail for 1/4 of a mile uphill to the overlook. At the overlook stand with your back to the bridge
and walk 50 small steps NW onto a path just past a maple? tree to a flat rock on the left hand side of the path. Turn to the S and walk 20ft to a tree where there are rocks piled at the tree base. Just one top rock covers the LB! Have fun and be sure to explore the other trails at this park.
