The Hookah Smoking Caterpillar

Placed by Sophie & Me and Toenail for the Wandering in Wonderland gathering at Lapham Peak on 06/03/06

The caterpillar decided to leave all the noise and action going on at the Homestead Hollow and go somewhere for some peace and quiet to enjoy a smoke on his hookah. He slowly crawled up Asthma Hill, which was not too easy for a guy who smokes on a regular basis! When he crested the hill he turned left and crawled towards the Butterfly Garden. He crawled along the outside edge of the fence surrounding the garden and when he got to the very end post of the garden, he journeyed east to the tree line. When he got to the trees, he headed in a northeast direction and headed down a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine, he found a couple of tree stumps that formed a ā€œVā€ shape. He found a chest -level hole in one of the trees and decided to crawl on in and have a smoke, and contemplate the mysteries of life and his upcoming metamorphosis.
