This letter box has been retired. Recent rains, for which we are very thankful, were not kind to it. It got kind of soggy and messed up.
Travel to Chisolm Trail Park in Belton, TX. From Belton, take Main Street/Hwy 317 north to Sparta Road. Turn west onto Sparta Road, passing the High School and an Elementary School. Turn north onto Dunns Canyon Road.
Park in any of the lots at Chisolm Trail Park. Take the walking trail around to the amphitheatre that is south of the ball fields. Sit on the largest, tallest boulder facing the stage at the amphitheatre. Take a bearing of 180 degrees. You'll see a pair of oak trees, and between those two oak trees a younger, skinnier oak tree is visible. The Play Ball Microbox is at the base of the easternmost of these three trees. Please replace the rocks to rehide the microbox.
