I've only adopted this listing because it was abandoned here on LbNA, but by all accounts the planter is still a very active geocacher. They were kind enough to list this here as a hybrid for letterboxers to enjoy as well, so stop by. It's a nice walk. Of course, if you're a geocacher they have a handful of others in the area as well.

Enjoy,
Kelsung

As with all letterbox caches, please use the enclosed stamps to log your find in the logbook, but please do not remove the stamps!

Feel free to trade any other swag. Don't forget to find benchmark DX4311 while you're there and enjoy the view. Elevation 1491 ft. Your terrain rating and elevation gain will vary depending on the trail you take.

There are four major ways to the letterbox site, you are in control of which path you take.
Path #1 - Live Oak Trail starts at Cook's Corner and heads south.

Path #2 - Live Oak Trail starts at O'Neill Park and heads north.

Path #3 - An unknown trail starts in a neighborhood in Melinda Heights.

Path #4 - Vista Trail starts in O'Neill Park and heads west.

Go to the point where all four paths intersect, a place where Geocaching's mascot "Signal" will enjoy.

Please be respectful of the area. This letterbox is a well camouflaged ammo can but only a couple feet off the trail.

Please be VERY aware this area may include mountain lions, rattlesnakes, poison oak, poisonous insects, extremes in weather and rugged terrain.
