She Who Watches is the translation of Tsagiglalal, a famous Native American petroglyph protected and preserved for the public at Columbia Hills State Park in Washington, on the Columbia River. You can learn more at the link provided, or find information at many other sites on the internet. www.ochcom.org/chinook
Drive-by. Upon entering Columbia Hills State Park, drive straight, noting the white columns next to the road. Park near the petroglyph parking area.
Across from the 2nd-to and last columns of the lake side of the road, there is a single tree on the wall. Climb up the wall a few feet, as it to reach the base of the tree, but instead, look to the rock shelf to its left, a couple feet away. Behind 2 rocks, against the wall, is the box.
Be sure to spend time studying the petroglyphs across from the parking area. She Who Watches is on a special trail that is closed except on Fridays and Saturdays by appointment. The petroglyphs are protected by video surveillance.
