Campgaw is the Ramapo Indian word for "Goose." Campgaw Mountain Reservation is located in Mahwah, New Jersey. Mahwah means, "open fields" in the Ramapo Indian language.

You will need to locate what appears to be a “Fallen Snowman” along the side of the road down by the cul de sac. From the fallen go 34 paces at 210 degrees to a pole. From the pole notice the blaze on the top of the pole. This will be the trail you’ll be following. Go south crossing the field and pick up the trail in the woods. Eventually you’ll come to a tree where the trail splits. On the tree will be the word “loop”. From that tree go 12 paces at 150 degrees. You’ll come to another tree. Behind the tree, at the base, under a rock is what you seek. After stamping in please make sure to leave the box, hidden from view, in the same place as where you found it.
