This is a very busy park, please be discreet.

This hike can be combined with the S carlet Oak Pond letterbox.

This is a double sided stamp.

From parking lot head to trails crossing the bridge. Lake will be ahead of you on right. Take fire road straight. Fire road splits in all sorts of directions after the pond, take right staying on fire road around lake. Eventually you’ll see the green trail leaving the fire road on left. Take green trail and begin your climb. Eventually you’ll pass a large boulder in the middle of trail and on right is a stunning view point. This is Hawk Rock. Catch your breath and enjoy the great view. Then from the boulder you just passed continue up the trail the way you didn’t come. Shortly you'll go left at blazes indicating to make a left. At the second single blazed tree on the left of the trail, stop and look for a stump behind the tree. In the stump, under a rock is what you seek.

Please hide box completely hidden from view where you found it after stamping in.
