Find Columbia which is an itty bitty place with a little variety store, a church and graveyard, and an old community building that used to be the school, several houses and that's about it. Find the Columbia Township Community Center. Park there and walk to the picnic shelter behind it. As you look towards the nearby treeline, you'll see a big log laying there on your side of another tree. Go behind the tree and you'll see some smaller logs piled up. Look underneath the pile. There's a gap there between the ground and the bottom of the pile.
I don't know what this symbol means, or even what a Bandit's Calling Card is, or who the bandit is. The image came from an old book I picked up someplace or other.
Thanks for visiting, and please watch for muggles, my brother being one of them close by! :)
