Clues: It is in the park that has the same name as a former
Secretary of the Interior, but the park wasn't named for him.
Start at the corner of two streets: PMR and BPW. Go 60 paces
west. Then head off at 250 degrees, for 210 paces to the old
fence. Go 230 degrees for 23 paces. Then go due south for 15
paces. The letterbox is below the tree trunk.
