UPDATE 03/15/2014 - BOX PULLED FOR MAINTENANCE
Note: Many of the landmarks are now missing, including my neighbor's home (Bat home), but the clues should still be enough info to my deluxe home.

Enter the small Park adjacent the Yorba Regional Park at Huxford Lane off of E. LaPalma Avenue (between Weir Canyon and Imperial Hwy); and park in the dirt parking lot - free parking. Enter the Santa Ana River trail and proceed east on the dirt trail. Just as you pass the ball fields go left under the fence and look up in the tree, you should start to find some of my friend’s homes, beginning with the blue house ("ECM") or gray house #12, if so you are now on the path to my place. Follow the split rail fence north to the end of the fence, where you should find gray house #20 (possibly also a natural wood house with a #20 on it). Turn right and follow the paved trail left and turn right on trail just before pond #1. You should start to see some of the duck's homes (large plywood homes with oval entry) like Dougie’s place or YL10. Continue on this trail along the water's edge and as you round pond #1, continue to the right of pond #2 and pond #3 (2 and 3 are separated by a bridge/dam). Down the first paved trail to the right, in the first large tree (3rd tree?) is the home of one of our darker residents (the Bat), as you can see their homes have no floor, and this is the only opening. Return to the previous trail and continue EAST, as this trail begins to curve back to the right (just past a picnic area with two tables) there will be a manhole cover and a small dock to the left. From this cover proceed 50 steps further, and look to your right at a large tree with another Bat home in it. That is my neighbor; I used to live in the small pine to the left, but have move about 20 steps back to the center of some small oak trees. I have the deluxe home, with the gabled roof, The treasure you seek is kept in my attic (roof is hinged on the right, opens just enough to get the box out, and paint may cause it to stick). Please be discreet, and make sure roof appears secure before leaving. Thank you.
