*****Confirmed missing August 2009. Please check back for when the box is replaced shortly.*****

Restored 7-25-07.
This box is placed as a Memorial to Michael Ewer, who was beaten to death at the third-base dugout and found on October 20, 2005. Michael suffered from a mental illness which caused him to be paranoid, and he had been staying in the park to be away from people so his paranoia would not be so severe. Michael was a very quiet and soft spoken man, who avoided confrontations. Unfortunately, his killer/killers have yet to be found.
We ask that whoever finds this box will do your part to make this world a little bit better. Please perform some kind act for someone else, be it a stranger or someone you know very well.
Clues: Located in Memorial Park, Lansdale PA. Memorial Park is located at the intersection of Main and Line Streets.
Once you locate the park you want to find the higher ground. Go up the steps just to the left of the lamppost. Pass through the wind-blown looking pine type trees with twisted, bark less looking branches. Go to the top of the rise. As you face the tennis courts turn to your left and search for the large spotted rock. Light One Candle is hidden between the spotted rock and it's neighbor just about at the point they are touching, behind a piece of bark.
After stamping in please be sure to wedge the box back under the rock well, to ensure it does not slip away.
This is a small box, with a small log. Please stamp in using the most significant portion of your personal stamp.
Happy Letterboxing!
