Recycle! Re-Use! Renew!

That must have been the mantra of the architects of the building at 2808 Adeline Street (at the corner of Martin Luther King) in Berkeley.

From the garden gates made of Volvo hatchback doors and the tailgate benches, to the metal siding that used to be road signs, to the kitchen counters made of lumber from storm-downed trees, this building blends creative re-use with beauty and humor.

Clues

Without leaving the premises, proceed to Walnut Creek Road. Turn at Lindsay Drive, and continue until you reach the green square.
