REPLANTED 5/30/06 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLUES HAVE CHANGED SLIGHTLY!!!
Go to Central Park in Schenectady, NY. From Fehr Ave., enter the park at Ashmore Ave. (tennis courts entrance). Stay to the right onto PTL Arthur Chaires Lane. Immediately after passing tennis courts and a greenhouse on the right, park in the lot to the left. Walk across bridge and through tennis lot and bear left into park entrance.
Stay on the pedestrian path to the left. After a short walk the asphalt path will end. Continue walking straight ahead about 40 paces. There will be two large trees to your right. With your back to the trees, spot a three-trunked tree, with two of them dead and busted. Walk to it (about 18 paces) and look at the base of the smaller trunk. In the hole will be a rock and pieces of bark. Under these you'll find the box.
This park is often crowded and busy. Children are almost always at the playground across from you. Please be careful not to be spotted. Please replace box deep in cavity, well hidden under bark and the rock. Thanks.
