12/6/2011 During flooding due to Storm Irene, the box has floated downstream somewhere.

*** The story and stamp for this box may be rated PG-13 but no more so than what the Queen wanted the Woodsman to do to Snow White!

This story is a gruesome tale.
There's blood and guts and gore.
But if you're brave and if you're hale,
I'll gladly tell you more.

It seems a man who had a wife
Decided he'd do her in.
Did he use a gun or knife?
Well, sort of. Let's begin.

Once I kill her, Richard thought
A body's left behind.
How to hide it and not get caught?
An idea came to mind.

So, Helle disappeared one day
The police did think they knew.
But there is no arrest, they say
Because there's not a clue.

A man came by who drove a plow
Down on the river road.
"I wondered then and wonder now
About that strange man's load.

A look, I think, you'd better take
Down by the water's bank.
Who would chip into a lake
In winter's cold and dank?"

Police went down to see the spot.
They scoured all the ground.
With care they searched around a lot
And here is what they found:

Bits of cloth and bone and hair
Were fifty-six in all.
They brought them back with gentle care
Gave Dr, Lee a call.

Alas, it was as all suspected.
The teeth gave up the DNA.
When evidence was all inspected-
Murder done! The guy must pay.

Pass the bridge, stay to the right.
Go almost .7 a mile.
Two gas pipes now come into view.
It's here you'll stay a while.

Go .2 up and turn around
Upon a "so flat hill"
Park off the road on higher ground
The traffic here's not nil.

A missing sign, just post you'll see
Feet from the guarding rail.
One-seventy degrees, a tree
Bingo! You've got mail!
