Unfortunately due to changes by the Hampton Parks & Recreation this letterbox had to be removed. When it is relocated I will post the new clues. Thank you to all who have found it and stamped! Happy Letterboxing!

Come to the park where there are eleven of these,
If you guessed right, you guessed they were trees.
These eleven stand for a horrible day,
The day we lost our Dear Michelle Renee.

This box is in memory of those that were lost
2996 was the number and a very high cost.
We do not let terrorism keep us in the dark,
That’s why we love Gosnold Hope Park.

Turn into the park from the main entrance
Turn left at the first street you come to, it is a one way street
Pass the first set of evergreen bushes
Pass the ditch
At the beginning of the 2nd set of evergreen bushes, walk about 6 feet
You will then be directly across from the 7th tree of hope.
Look down into the bushes, you will see a few small, cut trees that are growing new branches. Look into the bushes and you will find your prize.

This box is a tribute to my cousin Michelle Renee Bratton who lost her life on September 11, 2001.

God Bless you all & Happy Hunting!

PS - You will need to bring an ink pad with you.
