--THIS BOX IS IN PLACE - APRIL 1, 2007--
This letterbox is placed near an area that can be very busy in the summer months, so proceed with care.
From Exit 13 of Interstate 93 in Concord, head south on Rte 3 towards Manchester Street. Follow this road past turn off onto Rte 106. As you travel down Rte 3, you will pass Lang's Ice Cream and after that you will look for your 3rd right. This 3rd right, will be Bow Lane. Follow to your first left onto White Sands Road. Head down this small hill and take a right, down the dirt road, until you reach the parking lot. Park your car there. Before the gate, there will be a pathway, which leads to White Sands. Facing the beach, to your left will be a rather obvious path. Down this path, you will find 2 trees that have falling into the water. Just a short distance further, there is a clearing on your right. In that clearing, there will be a tree that had been dinner to a beaver. What you seek is under that tree.
After you find the letterbox, please do what you need and replace the letterbox where you found it. On your way back to your vehicle, feel free to take a swim in the river.
