The Pines Letterbox

Information you need to know -Can't think of a thing.

Information you don't need to know - We had a lovely stay at the Digby Pines. (Thank you Mother and Daddy for paying for all of us to come!) I really enjoyed my stay in Digby. Annapolis Royal is a great town, too. Worth a visit. OK, I'm off to the ferry.

The Clues -

Make your way to Digby, Nova Scotia. Head toward the main tourist drag of Water Street and as you drive or walk down this waterside street, look for a memorial soldier between cannons. When you find him, head toward the water.

As you stroll by, look for the beautiful centenial wood carvings on the buildings you go between.

When you can see the cement culvert, turn left on the boardwalk.

About a step and a half before the boardwalk ends, hop over the edge. (Hop carefully. You could really twist an ankle on all those rocks)

Hidden under some smaller rocks is the Pines letterbox and if you look at the other side of the the bay you will see the actual place.

Now, stamp in and then head to 40 Water Street and eat dinner at the Boardwalk Restaurant. It was very good when we ate their last night.
