THIS IS A DRIVE-BY BOX!
I've passed by this spread many, many times and have always been struck by its beauty! It commands a whole valley between rolling hills. They raise cattle as well as horses on this ranch.
The box for this ranch is placed in a nearby picnic area.
If you are traveling West on Highway 79 from Oakwood, watch for the Lipsey Ranch on your right (you won't miss it!). From the ranch, measure 1.5 miles to a picnic area. Park in the picnic area and look to one side for the church. On the church's side of the fence is a stand of bushes, right at the corner of the fence. Look right at the corner, inside the bushes, for the box.
(Traveling from Buffalo East on Highway 79, you will need to start looking for the picnic area about 8.0 miles from Buffalo.)
