Driving southbound on Interstate 81 coming from Hagerstown. You will cross over the Potomac river bridge entering West Virginia. About one mile after you cross the bridge you will find the WVa Welcome Station. Pull into the Welcome Station and park in your first section of parking spaces with the Welcome Center and bathrooms facing you. Exit your car and look across the street (north) with the buildings behind you. Cross the street and look to your right for a large oak that appears to have been doing the twist while growing. From behind this oak look in the distance at 20 degrees and spy a tree clost to the fence. Behind this tree, under some rocks you will find this letterbox treasure. Please be discrete and rehide carefully.
