Pine Knot Campground LbNA #16449

Note: Letterbox has been reported missing in 2007. We will check on it in August. This box is hidden in the Pine Knot Campground, part of the San Bernardino National Forest. The campground is just east of Snow Summit Mountain Resort, accessible off Bristlecone Drive. Enter the campsite and find campsites 25 and 27. Take 10 paces east of campsite 27. You'll see a row of rocks on the north side of the road. Look underneath the large flat rock that is right next to the pine tree. This box may not be accessible during the winter.
