Since this one requires significant effort to reach - ie. paddling down the Yukon River! - I've made the clues pretty straightforward. You need to find the remains of a cabin on Ogilvie Island toward the end of a trip from Whitehorse to Dawson. The box is located in the SW corner of the cabin. By the way, it's a pretty good campsite but a bit buggy as it's shielded from the wind.
The box includes a stamp that I carved while on the first part of the trip from Whitehorse and it also includes some vintage postage stamps on postcards all on a Klondike theme.
