10/30/06 - I found the box in disrepair, opened and wet. The stamp is cracked, but can be fixed. Hopefully I can renovate and rehide soon.
Stand on the platform as though you are waiting for a train with the operational station at your back. Follow the rails to your left (watch out for trains!). Stay low along the rails past the ruins and landslides to where the wall changes to caged rocks. From the tracks, there is a larger slab of rock at eye level... the box can be found under that slab. [From the station's parking lot, facing the tracks, the box is directly below where the sidewalk ends.]
