*** this box has been reported missing ***

This letterbox was placed in memory of Betty Weaver. Each year Betty's family members participate in the Fulton County Relay for Life event to raise money for the American Cancer Society. The 2005 event was held on June 25th and 26th, and this letterbox was placed following the relay.

Clues:
The Betty Boop letterbox is located in the Rochester City Park. Locate the Manitou Mountain playground within the park. Make sure you allow time to explore if you have young children in tow! On the southeast side of the playground you will find a picnic area made up of 3 brightly colored picnic tables. Find the plaque at the edge of this picnic area with Betty Weaver's name on it. From the plaque walk 24 paces (2 steps per pace) at 140 degrees until you reach the knobby tree. Just below the knobs you will find Betty Boop's hiding place.
