This box is located in Larchmont Manor Park, a jewel of a park with lots of climbing rocks and unparalleled views of Long Island Sound. Please bring your own inkpad.
To find the park, turn onto Larchmont Avenue (towards the Sound) from the Boston Post Road (Route 1). Go down until Larchmont Avenue forks. Take a left on to Park Avenue. Continue following Park in a circular fashion until you see the entrance to Manor Park. Note that there is no parking along here on the weekends during the summer. Just note where the park is, then come off Park onto one of the side streets and park. You shouldn't have to walk far.
Find the wooden umbrella overlooking the water. The Umbrella is on a point on the North-Eastern tip of the park. As you approach the umbrella, you will see a rocky outcropping to your left. There are 5 stairsteps next to it. Head down the steps and circle to your left. As you leave the flagstones continue to the left and take 5 more steps on the rock. At this point crouch down and look in the crevice to your left. The letterbox is hidden by loose rocks.
