From the front of this building you have to take a heading of 330* to see the time of day in Cowan. If you are a civil war buff you will pass some tid bits of info along the way. Once you have found the time of day you are not far away from what you seek. First you have to stop and read about Dr. Charles Doyle Couser. He played a part of life in Cowan. Once you have read about the good Doctor you will find what you seek behind the pole behind the Doc. You will have to get down on your hands and knees to find this box. You will have to reach around.
