This is number nine of the Wild West Series. A series of 10 stamps carved and placed by Sticker and Thumb Print Bandit. Each one in the series is dedicated to something or someone in Oklahoma's past or present.

Number nine of the Wild West Series is dedicated to the many Native American Artists in Oklahoma. To name a few: Enoch Kelly Haney, Chebon Decon, Bill & Traci Rabbit, Jerome Tiger, Fred Beaver, Acee Blue Eagle, and many others.

To find #9 journey south on Sooner Road from I-240. Turn left on 104th and travel east, past the place to say hello to the many trail horses. When you get to Lake Stanley Draper Drive, go right and you will be traveling south. The road will curve back to the left over the dam. Just as you leave the dam road, there is a picnic area on the left. You can park anywhere in that area. Carefully cross the paved road and walk to the gate you see. Next to the gate is a pile of dirt and man rock. Climb to the top and on the south end look under and between the piles of rocks. Be careful of any snakes that may be watching over the box. Here you will find your mate to number eight. Happy Hunting:)
