5-27-05 UPDATE
We found the real name of this cemetery. It's called "Old Friends Cemetery." Makes me think of the movie "Friendly Persuasion." Now the old sign makes sense.

Hope Springs Eternal is located in OFRIE DS CFM (that?s what the sign says) a small per-civil war cemetery located in Fayette County just east of the Rush/Fayette County line south of Glenwood on Pace Road which T?s into County Line Road 1.25 miles south of Glenwood. The cemetery is on the north side of the road just past the turn.

The Hope box is located by the gravestone of the McFee family in the northeast corner of the cemetery. Look for some pieces of headstone leaning up against the larger marker. Say hello to Fannie (1865-1889) who is buried there with her parents and brother.

Be sure the replace the covering pieces so that the guy who mows the lawn doesn't see the box.
