Distance: about 0.2 mile one way

This box is in the Kaibab National Forest just outside the southern boundary of Grand Canyon National Park. From I-40 at Williams drive north on State Highway 64 to Tusayan. Or, from I-40 at Flagstaff drive north on U. S. Highway 180 to Tusayan. Continue through Tusayan and from the edge of town drive an additional 0.2 to 0.3 of a mile. Turn left (west) on N. Long Jim Loop. Immediately park on the right (north) side of the road at the trailhead parking (there is a brown information kiosk with a small shingled roof).

Walk north on Trail 123. Go to the point where the trail starts to drop steeply into a deep gully. From that point turn around and walk back for about 10 steps to a large Pine Tree on the right (west) side of the trail. From that tree go at about 235 degrees (from mag. north) for about 46 steps to a large tall Pine Tree (it has a small noticeable bend at the base of its trunk). From the south side of this tree, go at about 148 degrees for about 6 steps. The box is under rocks, twigs, and plant debris. Be very alert for snakes!

Please rehide the box very well under rocks, twigs, and plant debris so that it can not be seen from any direction.

I will not be able to check on this box very often; so, please let me know if you find it, or if it is missing so that I can delete the clues:
