****REPLACED FOR THE SEASON****
A FENCE IS PLACED AROUND THIS AREA IN THE OFFSEASON, THEREFORE, THIS WILL NOW BE A SEASONAL BOX. IT IS BACK IN ACTION UNTIL LABOR DAY 2009!

From Denver, get yourself to Colorado's "smallest" town by heading SW into the foothills on highway 285. This town was established in 1915 by George E. Turner.

Your exit off highway 285 is South on the road named after a Thanksgiving bird and will a turnoff from the left lane of the freeway, so watch for it!

Park in the town's main parking area. Look around and find "B.N. #12210". From this spot, set your compass to 70 degrees. Walk 45 paces to the lonely sentinel. At the base, underneath many rocks, you will find our first planted L.B. dedicated to our first grandson, Hayden Robert, for his first birthday! Happy Birthday, little guy!

PLEASE don't let the population or their visitors see you! Be Discreet!

During the summer season, take a picnic and spend some time seeing the "landmarks" in this famous Colorado town. HAVE FUN!

Hand-carved stamp. Drive-by! Other boxes located in Indian Hills just to the north of here across HWY 285.
