Difficult to find unless you know the area or can figure out clues.
Use caution!!!!! There are several open pits to fall in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be extremely careful and don't
wander off.
It was the first in Connecticut and New England in 1903.
It gets its name from the native word for, "many great snakes."
Its acreage is 17,500 over 7 towns.
It's haunted.
It's pierced by a river of salmon.
It's bordered by a city of "happygleeful" families long since dead.
It was reborn during an arguement with a Red bear.
The scent of JP4 might be in the air there, tonight.
There are many ways to enter this preventor of fission. My way is as follows:
MAT's SON liked apples from an orchard on a HILL, from which the staR of Our stAte coulD be seen off in the distance, as well as Putnam's, Bulkley's, and the Charter Oak crossings.
From Mat's, follow the road to the dirt. Go by foot, much safer by car, (demons can't run that fast)
7040-8800 biblical cubits.
You'll pass the first set of Satan’s steel yellow teeth, which guards the a victorious greek goddess's
lair.
As you travel the road "cold warriors" followed look for road signs that change as you drive past. If you look then quickly away, you'll see the road's real name is Devils road.
When on Devils road, coming from Mat's, always veer to the sinister hand for guidance.
Now, you've gone the 7040-8800 biblical cubits and look to you sinister hand again to point the way
toward Satan’s steel yellow teeth.
This paved path will take you up to a place where lightning, from the ground, was controlled by M.A.D. men.
The road is cracked and warped like the skin on a white elephant.
If you look hard enough, you might see verses of darkness long since forgotten, except by a few.
Keep following this short road to the stairways to heaven. Last chance to make peace.
Like the "evil empire", this place too has collapsed under capitalism.
Use caution!!! By the "truck" in the sky, where "Glory" hung high there is an open pit where you
surely would die.
You are now in unholy territory where time and space stop. This is where the razed ghosts of monuments, in my mind, remind me of lost summer nights that have gone by.
Prisoners of there own will; terrified they must have been to have seen Morgan dancing with a devil.
Use caution, as realities collide, the pits of hell are open, and you might fall in. Do not wander. THIS
IS NOT A JOKE.
Follow a small paved footpath around the rubble of my mind; away then towards the Devil's cauldron.
The cauldron is 10 feet high and is rusted red. Go to it.
With the cauldron on your sinister side, face the woods.
USE EXTREME CAUTION!!!! Walking 20-25 paces (a pace ='s roughly 1 foot) to the uncovered manhole. You'll see the manhole in the middle of a concrete pad.
Standing on the pad, still looking the same direction, directly in front of you will be one birch tree and
three other deciduous trees, staggered. They were but mere seedpods when this place was at DEFCON II in 62.
Go another 20-25 paces straight through the trees and you'll find a large flat stone shaped like a tombstone lying on the ground. Under the rock there is an opening covered with leaves.
Don't leave your hand in there too long for the devil might pull you down with him.
