This box is hidden in the trails behind Coginchaug Regional High School. Park in the farthest parking lot behind the track. You will see the path for the Blue/Red Trail.
Travel the Blue/Red Trail until you see the AR HR Beech Tree. Facing the tree, look left into the woods to a group of trees. Go to the backside to find Sam's Birthday Box.
