This box was placed for the Passport to Letterboxing Stamp Camp during the summer of 2004. Due to some issues, it was not released at that event. It's being posted now for all to enjoy. Please be aware that the first trail is directly next to a camp site. It is not neccesary to go THROUGH the camp site, but you do have to skirt the edge. Please do not attempt this if it involves disturbing campers. Be a responsible letterboxer and either come back another day or pick up the trail at another point. (Use the camp map, it will help)

Oregon Mailbox

To get this letterbox you must first do a little work. Figure out the blanks in the clues by answering the following questions.

(1) What are the last two digits of the zip code for Cinebar, WA? ______

(2) What is the last two digits of the zip code for Copalis Beach, WA? _______

(3) The zip code for Depoe Bay is 97341. If this is true, turn left, if it’s false, turn
right.

(4) If the zip code for La Grande is an even number it’s a road, if it’s an odd number it’s a stream.

(5) What is Yacolt’s zip code? If it’s 98312 the answer is 333, if it’s 98675 the answer is 33, if it’s 98852 the answer is 3.

Between sites ____(1)____ and ______(2)_____ there is a trail. Go down it. When it intersects, go _____ (3)______. Follow it until you come to a ____(4)_____. Cross it. Take ____(5)_____ steps, look behind some rocks on the left side of the path.

Please rehide it better than you found it!
