I have heard that thousands of Valentines from around the world are sent to Loveland each year to be re-mailed in February with the town's postmark and special seal which changes annually.
To share the love, find the main road through town that shares the name of the 37th President of the U.S. who used "I like Ike" as his campaign slogan.
This main road goes past a large body of water that shares the name of this town.
Find the road that intersects this main road, and follows this body of water north. This intersecting road shares the name of the 27th President of the U. S. who was very interested in law. Take this road to the park at the north end of the large body of water. Turn into the park on the right (east) side of the road.
Park in the first parking lot with picnic shelter #3.
At the end of the parking lot is a large rectangular enclosure with fence-like gates. From the street side of this enclosure, go around to the back. There is a tree next to the street, then 2 more trees together, with a bush in front of one tree. Check the rocks beneath the bush, towards the water for the box.
Please be discreet and re-hide well. This is a very busy area, right next to the road.
