On the south shore of the shallowest Great Lake near Chadwick's Bay in the town whose name stands for red churches, go to what the needle on the compass does. Take the road through the park and leave your car where the beams used to light up the night sky. Visit the Fresnel lens and the museum. Go out the street (the only way you can go) and reenter the park again. The road is one way.
.7 of a mile after the entry gate is the exit gate for the park. Just after the exit gate see the metal barrier on the south side. The curled tree trunk has a deep hidey hole in its base.
