Take 93 North to exit 31 (Tripoli Road). This is a great place to camp. Go up Tripoli Road about 5 miles. This is a dirt road from the ranger station to the top. On the left hand side of the road you will see the Mt. Osceola Trail. Park in the parking lot (it will cost $3.00 for parking).
Follow the trail for about 1 mile or 35 min. This hike begins easy. It will get rocky and steep at certain places.
You will come to a rectangle shape rock. Walk across the rock and you will see glacier type rocks (very slippery when wet). Look to the left and see a moss covered hill with two rocks at the top. Look at the rock on the right. It has a pile of smaller rocks on top of it. Look under the big rock. Mountain man is hiding there.
