Originally planted by skipper and adopted in June 2011 by EdieSoCal.

Go to Roaring River State Park and locate the Inn. Access to the Springhouse Trail is in the southwest corner of the Inn parking lot. Follow the trail to a set of stairs then take it to the left. It will lead you up a steep path which will take a sharp right turn at the top of the grade. Once you come around the turn you should see a natural washout in the trail. From the washout point you should start counting 45 regular footsteps. At the 45th step, look to your left. You will leave the trail and head to the spot where the cliff splits. When you reach the cliff, look at the bottom of the cliff on your right. There is a rock that has fallen and is leaning against the cliff. Move the rock that is blocking the opening to the fallen rock and you will find your letterbox. Please be discreet!

FYI: This trail and find can be slightly challenging but I did it with my 5 and 8 year old girls.

This is my first box. Please email me and let me know how I did. Thanks!
