This box flooded out with all the summer rains. It is gone for now.
This box is the first in the Harry Potter Series.
Captain Caleb who is 9 years old carved this stamp and hid the box.
From I-40 take exit #101 south on US 281 through Hinton (Pass by Red Rock Canyon State Park to Binger.)
Go West 4 miles on State Highway 152, then south on state highway 146 to "Nowhere, OK." Follow the signs to the Ft. Cobb Lake Dam. Drive across the dam to the south side and take the gravel road just past the dam to the right, back toward the base of the dam. Park at the fence, since we're fishing for "skrewt" not fish, don't mind the sign with the minimum length ruler. Follow the fence to it's end at the dam. Face the water, look down. You'll see a large bolder. The letterbox is in a crack in the bolder with a smaller rock on top to keep it hidden.
As always, in this part of the Southwest, use caution in case there's a slithering habitant around
