Ski Bee Letterbox

These directions were created in a Non-Snow season and will need to be altered when it is snow season. This hunt involves walking up a pretty steep hill and then walking back down it.

**This letterbox does NOT include an ink pad**

Your hunt begins with parking in the lower lot of Spring Mountain closet to the Perkimon Creek.

Proceed by walking up to the top of Spring Mountain by taking the ski trail. Take the ski trail, that’s on the right up to the top of the mountain. When you get to the top of the mountain take a hard right and proceed up to where the chair lift will let out. Walk towards the sign that says Plummet Trail. Sight a course from the Plummet trail sign due north between the triple tree. Directly behind the triple tree is Anchor Rock. With your back to Anchor rock, look due north and look for the V-shaped tree. Be Careful walking through the poison ivy patch here. Right in back of the V-shaped tree take a bearing of 120 degrees and take 10 paces to a BIG rock, that’s pitched at an angle, and look in the crevice on the bottom of this rock. Thank you for stamping in. Please return it to it’s proper resting spot and please cover well. Thank you.

Always proceed at your discretion. The owner of this letterbox assumes no responsibility for your actions or any occurrence to you or your company on this hunt. Tread lightly.
